My first time coming to this place and I was not disappointed. Tracy (pedi) and John (mani) took such great care of me. They worked as a team, moving in what seemed like effortless cohesion. What I loved most was the efficiency. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. If the quality of the nails hold up over the next few weeks, I will definitely be back!

Kaitlyn did my nails today and was spottttt on with the design! Had an amazing experience. The complimentary drink was so good (bellini!) the overall atmosphere was great. Every one was so sweet and constantly checking to make sure you were being taken care of. I can’t wait to come back! I have tried so many nail salons in Mansfield, and this one is my favorite.

I am all about the reviews, especially when I am new to the area. I do not live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. A Google search lead me here, after reading the reviews both good and bad because you have to take into account everyone's opinion, I drove 30 minutes to get my nails and toes done. I was not disappointed in any way! I was promptly greeted as I walked in the door, not by one but two managers/owners, I told them it was my first time, I saw the special on their website and Google and what I wanted. I asked questions and they were happily answered. After choosing my services I was escorted to the VIP area for my pedicure (because of the one I chose) Pedicure II Lusso Pedicure, Julie did my Pedicure and it was great. She didn't rush through it, she listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! Ann did my nails while my Pedicure was happening. I have an acrylic overlay and wanted a design. It turned into 5 designs and a wonderful time figuring out what to put where, Ann was very detail oriented and meticulous and didn't stop until everything was perfect! In the end I wanted to make sure she was happy with her work more than if I was happy with what she did lol. We had a great time together. I also got an eyebrow wax which Ann did and she made my unruly eyebrows look great! Oh and my cocktail, the orange lover (#6) was delicious and I was even given a complimentary water with lemon I didn't ask for, top notch service for sure! All in all I enjoyed my morning at the salon, I was very well taken care of, checked on by the owners, Julie and Ann were amazing and did a wonderful job and I am very happy with how my nails and toes came out! I will definitely be back! Side note: people have complained about extra costs, yes you have to pay for removal and designs thats part of the service, it's extra work to take off what you had on and add the extra stuff you want. It takes time. I was there three hours start to finish. That time is money. Removing, adding, designing, finishing. If you dont want to pay, take it off yourself, don't get designs, don't be extra if you don't want to pay for extra AND it is clearly stated in their pricing menu at the front desk for you to see, it's not hidden in any way shape or form! GREAT JOB TODAY M'ILAN. SEE YOU NEXT TIME! p.s. thank you for my Christmas present! I love it! (And no! That was not the reason for the review! It was a wonderful surprise) Lizzie ❤️

The service was excellent! The drinks were delicious!!! This is the best nail spot I’ve been to here in Texas since moving here 5 years ago… oh and very very clean!!! I came on my birthday and got my feet & nails done and again today just for my nails.. This is definitely my new spot!!!

if i could do 10 stars I would!!! This place is so great all around for experience, comfort, and nails!! I had Lynn do my cat eye french tips and they are absolutely gorgeous. I gave her an inspiration picture for my nails and she did exactly that, if not better! We had a little bit of a hectic party of 5 needing service without a reservation, on a busy Saturday; and they took care of us in a timely manner. I also had Flower doing my pedicure and she was super amazing!! She had a great personality and gave me an amazing service and did my toes perfect with an amazing massage! No cuts or nicks in sight at all!! I could not be more pleased with my experience at M’ilan Nail Spa. I cannot recommend this place enough. Also shout out to the manager! The very nice man who made our drinks perfect he is also so nice and smiley!! :) As well as the kind young man and lady who are always so kind with placing reservations in the front! This is my third great experience at M’ilan and really appreciate the consistent great service, especially in this day and age where it is hard to find people who are kind and give good services!
